I’ve got fifteen minutes to meet my personal deadline to write something.
I’m getting fat. No really, I stopped going to the gym because of a stupid ankle injury combined with a sliced knuckle. Not that the gym itself made me less fat, but the mere fact that I stayed active on such a regular basis kept me healthier than I am right now. I am seeing a belly come out and I’m not a fan of it one bit. It was just a few months ago that I was starting to see absolute definition in my abs. A lot of it is also my diet. I eat out a lot. Too much. I used to have a diet of oatmeal and cottage cheese in the morning, sandwiches for lunch and steak and potatoes for dinner. I would mix in some protein and creating throughout the day and aside from the random rejection of the mix from my bowels, I felt pretty damn good.
This has got to stop. Stat.
